29th, March 2013: Good Friday wecommemoratethe crucifixionofJesusChristand his death.The dayiscalledBlackFriday, GreatFriday. It´ssaidthatChristsufferedfromoursins. Peoplehavestrictfasting – theymustn´teat meat. Theyusuallyeatfish.
30st, March2013: Easter Saturdayor BrightSaturday.It´sthetimewhenJesusChristrested in hisgrave. ForpeopleLentends and womenpreparemealsfornextdays. Theypreparesmoked ham, sausages, home – madecheese, boiledeggs. Theyboil and gratebeetrootwithhorse – radish and whippedcream. Theymakecakes, too.
