  2. Employers Joint activity since 2002. Employers organizations are based on the principle of voluntary membership. Togetherthey protectand represent the rights and interests of members. Conditionsfor favorable business environmentare created. Employers viewsand opinionsare promoted. Employers are equal social partnerin tri-partite dialogue.

  3. Employers Consultationsbetween members and governmentrepresentatives on issues of common interest are now provided. Today - a strongand independentvoiceof employers. More than 4.000 individual and joint members are affiliated to the Federation and RSand are recognized on the national, regional and international level. The FINAL GOAL- to strengthen members and entire economic sectorfor competition that awaits them by entering BiH into the European Union.

Our work, efforts and achievements • Persistent and continuous work on unburdening the economy- through reducing contributions and para-fiscal levies through text changes in the Law on Enterprises. • Initiated and led negotiations with SSS of BiH on amendments to the General Collective Agreementbased on members requests. • Intensive work on amendments to theFederal Labor Lawand the Labor Law of RS.

Our work, efforts and achievements • Reputationand trustof the authorities. • Employersrepresentatives - actively involved in the work of the Commission and the Committee of the parliament on entity levels – by giving full contribution weare participating in law creating process. • As a legitimate and representative partnerUPFBiH together with the government and the union involved in initiativesat ESConthe entity level .
