  4. Services • Lunch Buffet style lunch will be served every day. Dishes for vegetarian will be there too. • Social Event All participants are invited to dinner at Chinese restaurant in Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa in the evening on 29th. Please show your intention to join in the event in your registration form. Free bus is taking you to the restaurant. The meetings on that day are supposed to finish at 17:30 and the event will end at 22:00. • VISA support If you need an invitation letter from the host for your visa application, please fill out the INVITATION LETTER REQUEST attached below and email it to Mr. Kenji Obata (k-obata@cb.jp.nec.com) no later than 17:00 of 19th October, 2007.
