CLIENT FLOW • Put yourself in the client shoes: • What’s the goal for each client that walks through your doors? • Do you have paths they follow based on their purpose for coming to you or their goals? • How does each client flow through those programs? • What/Where are their touchpoints? Who connects with them, staff wise? How many? • What services does each client receive at each touchpoint? • What information is collected at each touch point?
ACTIVITY BREAK: IMPACT STATEMENT • Take a 10 minutes to develop an impact statement. • If you really got it right, what would it look like in 7-10 years? • Share your impact statement with your tablemates
