Lean Service Wave 3 Timeline Pan Proposal Sponsor On-Boarding Workshops • Points to Note: • the plan can be managed avoiding key Olympics/Paralympics dates • Wave 2 completes 21st September giving resources moving from W2 to W3 a 2 week break before W3 mobilisation commences • Mobilisation phase completed as early as possible making UK October school half term a non-critical week • Christmas week (two bank holidays) has been discounted from the plan; wave execution completes one week later than original SC dates but with no impact to the benefits realisation completion date. • The ‘mobilisation phase for non UK teams may be different if key events are required outside of the UK – planning work is underway to understand the international requirements.
