This update highlights the ongoing efforts to prepare for the GP review and conduct post-repair tests. It also discusses the findings of F contamination in the Gold and Al2O3 samples, as well as the XPS, UPS, and SEY results after Ar+ sputtering. Additionally, plans for analyzing ALD and Arradiance samples are outlined.
