#2 – Forgiveness Between Believers Luke 17:1-10 When someone in church “treads on your toes”, what should you do? Not: self-pity, anger, gossip Instead, Luke 17:3 “Rebuke him” Why do I need to go when I haven’t done anything wrong? The one with the sore toes goes because he’s the one who always knows!
#2 – Forgiveness Between Believers Luke 17:1-10 If he repents, forgive him Luke 17:3 If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him That’s the easy bit. Now for the hard part: Luke 17:4If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, `I repent,' forgive him.“ God forgives us MANY times – shows us grace – we ought to do the same for each other
