  2. James John Hennessey, Jr. is a retired attorney who served in the field of law for decades, not only this; he also served as a police officer years ago.

  3. He graduated from New York City Police Academy with honors and received the second highest score in New York State on a civil service examination.

  4. He would've made a lot of money after graduating law school with high-class ranks but he decided to join police to help people.

  5. James J. Hennessey, Jr. started his career in 1979 as a contact administrative specialist at the U.S. Military Academy.

  6. He reviewed contract specifications and contractual problems. Following this, he served as a police officer for a year at the New York City Police Department.

  7. Previously, James John Hennessey, Jr. served as an Associate Academy at the NYS Department of Civil Service, New York (1993-2012).

  8. He provided legal assistance and support to Agency program administrators, prepared legal cases.
