What’s inside is familiar and not a threat.theoutside is new newnew.andpossibly dangerous.We really have to learn to cultivate attention inwards.whatdo you find? Sometimes stillness, peace, visions, imagination, intentions.youget to know the observer of the stimulus,theconstructor of the story, the being behind the controls.
