    3. Press Relocations PROCON relocated automotive parts manufacturing equipment throughout a customer’s plant in Fremont Ohio. All machine power, water & air were also relocated. A total of 17 machines were moved. Several machines swapped position and had to be shifted, spun and reconnected at the same time. Some of the larger equipment was moved out the door, down the street and back into the other end of the facility. Several machines were moved out of the plant and to other locations throughout North America Production continued at this facility while PROCON worked to bring the relocated equipment back online.

    5. Presses to Mexico With new equipment coming into the Fremont facility, several presses left the plant and were shipped to Mexico. PROCON dismantled the 5 presses, loaded them on trucks, shipped them to locations in Hermosillo & Ramos Mexico and supervised the re-installation of the equipment across the border.

    6. Water, Air & Power All the utilities to each machine were labeled, disconnected and reconnected at the new locations. This shortened downtime & ensured easier start-up.

    7. Rooftop Ventilation Eight large “doghouses” were put on the roof to provide ventilation for the plant. The doghouses were framed in on the ground and raised to the roof with a crane. Once on the roof, fans were installed in the framed openings. Siding was installed and the roof professionally sealed.

    8. Chiller Project An opportunity arose to purchase (2) used chillers from a vacant shopping mall in Denver, Colorado. The mall was scheduled for demolition.

    11. Victaulic Piping Installation PROCON then installed all of the piping to & from the equipment. 18” Victaulic piping was used at the chillers. All of the new piping to the production area was also installed by PROCON.
