Printing Reports Select the New Report Icon from the toolbar or File and then New
Printing Reports Firstly enter the Start Date either typing into the date box or from the Calendar by clicking on the down arrow. Do the same for the Stop Date Enter Start/Stop times
Printing Reports Chose the appropriate shift to filter out data not to be included. This might include hours when the business is closed
Printing Reports Chose the appropriate Report Template to be used
Printing Reports Click OK to run the report
Saving Reports When the report has collated and is visible on the screen you can Save the report
Saving a Report Select the Save Icon from the toolbar or File and then Save As
Saving Reports At this point you can name the report and select a folder to save the file in. Click Save. It will be saved with a .rep file extension
Exporting Data • Export • If you want to process the data then you can Export if your software version allows it • The data is saved a comma delimited file. • It will have a .txt file extension
Exporting Data When the report has collated and is visible on the screen you can Export the data
Exporting Data Select the Export Icon from the toolbar or File and then Export As
Export Data At this point you can name the report and select a folder to save the file in. Click Save. It will be saved with a .txt file extension
Printing Reports When the report has collated and is visible on the screen you can Print the report
Printing Reports Select the Print Icon from the toolbar or File and then Print
Printing Reports At this point you can select a printer and define which pages you want to print
Shifts • Shifts • Shifts must be configured to be used • Used to filter out data for unwanted periods of time
Configuring Shifts Select the Configurator (wrench) Icon from the toolbar or File and then Configurator
Configuring Shifts You will be required to log on at this stage
Configuring Shifts Select the Miscellaneous tab and then the Shifts button
Configuring Shifts Type a new shift name and click Add to add a new shift to the configuration
Configuring Shifts Type in the print name for the shift. This will appear in the top left hand corner of every page when this shift is used
Configuring Shifts Check the box for every day that the shift is to be operational
Configuring Shifts Configure the times that the shift will cover. Shifts can have up to two start and stop times
Configuring Shifts Select the column header to configure all start/stop times to be the same. When finished click OK
The effect of using Shifts • Shifts • Filters out data outside the shift in use • The 24 Hour shift will include every day, 24 hours per day. • The Working Day will eliminate data collected when the business is closed
