  2. DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT The chart can only be downloaded as a PDF file (see below). A PDF version is provided to allow the chart to be printed directly onto A4 paper without any manipulation to the user’s print settings Select ‘Download PDF’ to enable you to save a copy of this report to your computer

  3. DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT Select ‘file’ and ‘save as’ to save the report When ‘Open’ is selected the chart appears in a new window Select to print the report

  4. DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT Information under the ‘Data’ tab allows you further download options. Under this view the report can be downloaded as either a PDF,EXCEL, or CSV file (see below) Select ‘Data’ to view the Tabular view of the data Select ‘Download ’ to view the download options

  5. DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT The chart or data can also be printed directly from the ‘print’ selection shown Selecting ‘Print’ allows you to print the chart / data.
