Alternative data flow Data is managed on a national level (no use of the Portable Tool) and exported to the Habides XML Format and uploaded on Reportnet CDR

Possible improvements Improvements based on user feedback from Member States improvements on user interfaces completing items on lists for “Permitted Methods”, “Permitted Activities” and “Reasons for Granting Licence” feedback expected by end January 2010 A platform-independent implementation of the Portable Tool (Java).
