  1. The bridge is lavishly decorated with lampposts and sculptures of cherubs and nymphs. On each end of the Pont Alexandre III are large gilded statues on 17 meters (56 ft) high granite pillars. Each of the ornaments on the bridge was created by a different artist. Even though construction of the bridge only started in May 1897, the first stone was already laid by the Russian Tsar Nicolas II in October 1896. The bridge - which was to symbolize Russian-French friendship - was named after his father, Tsar Alexander III. Lundi le 15 avril Pont Alexandre III –Alexander III bridge

Demain: L’interro-vocabulaire 4 Mercredi: L’interro-La Parure Jeudi-vendredi- Les Mis, La Parure, ou Au revoir les enfants.

  6. French 3 ESSAY "Cequej'ai fait pendant mesvacances de printemps" 150 to 200 words about your Spring break! Have an introductory paragraph (2-3 sentences) 3 supporting paragraphs (first I did this, then we did that, finally I did this), and a conclusion paragraph. Type it up, add the accent marks, make sure it's correct and turn it in on Monday April 1st for 105. EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T HAVE CLASS! Tuesday is the 100% by 7:30 a.m. When you present it orally, you will have to bring a souvenir, a photo (on a slide or real photo) or some other realia to show & tell the class! :-)
