3. SITE RANKING • The Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. • It had more of a laid back atmosphere than a formal business. • All the different events were fun to work. • Sometimes there wasn’t a whole lot to do. • I got to work where my favorite NBA team plays.

Internship Objectives Overall Objective Provide support to the Marketing and Public Relations Manager & Event Coordinators with the planning and implementation of all media, retail, and promotional plans for family shows and entertainment events at the AT&T Center. • Support event elements including: media, sponsorship, and in arena components. • Update AT&T Center website, and distribute AT&T Center event materials and press releases • Assist with group sales efforts through processing orders and scheduling appointments • Assist with various public relations plans and events

Daily Activities • Process premium offer suite sales • Create databases for group sales, different events, and premium suite ticket holders. • Research surrounding areas for possible marketing. • Show Days: • Set up street team and explain their job • Organize pre show parties • Help Directors with whatever they need (Hectic)

Project • “The Wiggles” Pre-Show Party • Contact local artists (face painters, bounce houses, schools, and a DJ) to work party in exchange for distribution of their business materials • Coordinated with guest services, parking, and event productions • Supervised 2 pre-shows for both shows the same day
