Goals & Objectives • To gain insight on how fundraisers are organized and implemented in order to raise money to support programs of non-profit • Sponsor exposure with signage and auction organization at the 2007 TNT Dinner & Auction • Work within the team structure of the CR department • Communicate between education programs and the 500+ schools in Bexar County • Learn event management of education program appearance at a program winning school

  3. Summary of Daily Activities • Check and respond to all email/voicemail • Check department mail • Run credit cards • Gather materials needed for player appearance/event • Mail outs

  4. Project Summary • Responsible for all signage at Tux’ N Tennies Dinner & Auction • Directional signage, sponsorship recognition • Spurs Geography Program • Calculate distances between teams in the NBA, WNBA and AHL leagues

  5. Community Relations Department • My desk in the community relations office • Storage closets in office for all the supplies used at the events

  6. Spurs Education Programs Get Fit with Bruce & Buddy Tim Duncan Character Award

  7. Mail Room Picking up the CR department mail Mailing Machine used in our mass mail outs
