PERSONAL LOAN PRODUCTS CONTD. REQUIREMENTS • Application letter stating the amount, duration and purpose • Most Recent Payslip/ Proof of Income • Letter of Introduction from iBurst Africa • Debt burden should be within 40% of net income • Three months bank statements from previous bankers for account holders with less than six months banking history with Stanbic • Customer age must be between 21 and 60 • Must be in continuous employment for 6 months • Deductions from a Stanbic Transactional Account
VEHICLE AND ASSET FINANCE (VAF) This product is designed to enable customers lease vehicles and other forms of movable assets with the Bank’s assistance. The customer is required to make a minimum initial rental payment of 20% of the value of the asset as per the proforma invoice submitted to the Bank from a recognized garage. The features of the product are as follows • Tenor :1-5 (years) for new cars 1-4 (years) for used cars • Instalment to Income ratio: 35% of net salary without insurance 40% of net salary with insurance • Facility Fee: 2% • Interest Rate: Base+4%
INVESTMENTS PRODUCTS Bonus Investment Features • Minimum transaction requirement GH¢5,000.00 • Tiered Interest rates fixed throughout the tenor • Guaranteed Bonus interest at the end of the tenor • Minimum tenor of 6 months, maximum 24 months Benefits • Bonus Interest ContractSave • Minimum Initial deposit of GH¢250.00 • Minimum monthly standing order of GH¢100.00 • Can additional deposits can be made at any time • Bonus Interest • Can be opened for minors • Minimum investment period of 12 months Benefits • Helps customer to put funds away monthly • Compound interest
PERSONAL INTERNET BANKING This is an electronic banking facility that offers a quick and convenient access in managing bank accounts in addition to making transactions such as payments, transfers and checking your account balances over the internet. BENEFITS Our internet banking facility provides you the opportunity of making enquires on your account balances, view transaction history, transfer funds, stop cheque as well as payment of bills. In addition, the product also allows you 24 hours access to your accounts everyday. It is fast and a convenient way to make transactions anywhere and every time from any computer with access to internet.
ACCOUNTS OPENING REQUIREMENTS To open a personal account with the Bank the following documents are required: Photocopy of National ID i.e. Passport, Drivers License, Voters ID or NHIS Utility bill in customer’s name or Tenancy Agreements for proof of residential address + landlord/landlady’s utility bill. Two (2) passport-sized pictures for savings account & one (1) for current account
