Major goal To provide temporary IPv6 connectivity to: • sites not connected to Renater’s IPv6 service • 30% of RENATER’s access networks support IPv6 • “mobile” users • Authentication allows to rebuild securely the tunnel to the MB wherever you’re • Temporary Events • Conferences, demos, meetings … • Enterprises R&D departments • Partners of projects with research centers

Requirements • Per-customer accounting • Who is using it ? • How much traffic from/to each customer ? • An extensible solution to other services: • e.g: Multicast (in the roadmap) • Bypass the NAT’s where needed • Manageable solution • Maintenance and vendor support • An implemented and deployed solution that works

  4. Non - requirements • Performance: • It’s not a requirement initially. • Don’t forget the main goal: provide a temporary IPv6 connectivity. • Service discovery: • We want to offer that service for our customers only • Simple web page sufficient
