  5. CAV1 and CAV2 • CAV-1 • Cause of Infectious Canine Hepatitis • Very rare to see due to vaccinal prophylaxis • Can lead to chronic shedding and infection • Kidney and liver • Blue eye • CAV-2 • Cause of infectious tracheobronchitis • Vaccinal strains yield cross reactive antibodies

  6. Parainfluenza • A cause of infectious tracheobronchitis • Paramyxovirus • No replication in macrophages • Local infection of upper respiratory tract • Vaccinal prevention
