INTRODUCTION The plan of salvation has to do with the fact that we remain in Christ and He abides in us, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing “ John 15:5
INTRODUCTION • Explain the meaning of the following statement: "Faith and works go together, • How do they go together?
INTRODUCTION What is justice? What does the works by the law mean? What is faith? What does believe mean? What does the Faith of Jesus mean?
INTRODUCTION Is it right to be happy for the death of Christ on the cross of Calvary? Explain your answer

I. THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST a. Justification - ImputedJustice What does “live in Christ” mean to Paul? “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” Rom. 8:1
I. THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST a. JJustification - ImputedJustice Being in Christ, is to accept Christ as our substitute, it is Christ who gives us his righteousness, gives us his forgiveness, saves us from death, erases our sins and gives us the right to enter to heaven.
II. INTERACTION: GOD AND THE BELIEVER a. Faith, channel of a relationship What does “being justified by faith in Christ mean? “And be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith” Fil 3:9
II. INTERACTION: GOD AND THE BELIEVER a. Faith, channel of a relationship Faith is the means by which we cling to Christ and on his works in our favor. We are not justified by our faith, but by the faithfulness of Christ to us which, we claim by faith. Then God gives us His imputed and imparted righteousness
III. CHRIST IN THE BELIEVER a. Sanctification - ProvidedJustice • What does “Christ lives in me” mean to Paul? • “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Gal 2:20
III. CHRIST IN THE BELIEVER a. Sanctification - ProvidedJustice Christ in the believer is the imparted righteousness of Christ in the believer; it is the process of sanctification, it is to walk with God, it reveals our suitability for heaven. This walk is feeding on the word of God, pray and share salvation with others.
REFLECTION • How are the justification, sanctification, and faith in the plan • of salvation?Salvation through justification and sanctification is carried through the channel established by God: Faith

CONCLUSION Find a list of hymns that speak of the joy of our redemption. Memorize and sing for your private devotion and before others.
