How do the PDP and the EEP Connect? • The Professional Develop Plan includes a long term goal (4 years) aimed at strengthening instructional practices to improve student learning • The Educator Effectiveness Plan includes goals for practice and student learning that are shorter intervals (9 weeks, semester, academic year)that will inform the longer term PDP goal
