According to the website, www.tree.com, the average adult sleeps only 6.9 hours a night. • According to sleep statistics from 2002’s Sleep in America Poll, 35 percent of Americans report insomnia every night. • College students are part of the group with only 6.9 hours or less of sleep per night. You are not the only one who is “Sleep Deprived”
