External Delivery – Extracting the Documents • Distribution Manager • Background process • Creates the files needed for DTF to process the job • Manages large jobs running at off-peak hours, and no jobs running during “no access” hours • Manages status updates • Sends emails when jobs completed or when errors occur

External Delivery – DTF • High-speed export process capable of exporting up to 1.25 million images / day • Converts single-page TIFF images to multi-page TIFF or PDF, according to recipient preferences • Delivers documents to FTP location: either on recipient’s system or internal location for recipient pickup • Option for jobs to be delivered in ZIP or ISO/UDP format so only one file needs to be processed.
