1st Year Report • Due 45 days after end of P1 (2007-03-17) • Two major sections : • Activity report (milestones achieved, …) • Management (financial) report (forms C, …) • Corrections -> 2nd prefinancing
1st Year Report – Activity Report • Summary of the work of every WP • Max. detail level: subtasks • WP-coordinators delivered: • report of work • status of milestones (*) • deliverables or its status (*) • information about WP – meetings (*) • Each Contractor provided: • personnel effort per contract partner involved in the WP (*) • Use and dissemination of knowledge ----------- (*) KM3NeT project portal should be used for input
1st Year Report – Financial Information • Every Contractor (should use project portal): • Justification of the resources (per WP) • travel, equipment, subcontracting, other costs • personnel effort (costs and person months) • Form C (=summary of the expenses) • Summary table of the forms C (generated automatically) • Summary table of the distribution of the EC financial contribution (project office),
Further Reports • 2nd reporting period (P2): 2007-02-01 to 2008-01-31 • Internal minor intermediate report planned in month 18 (update of the information in project portal) • Audit Certificate (about 15 partners will need it for the 1st or the 2nd report) • is to be submitted if the request for Community financial contribution exceeds 150.000 Euros (summed up per contractor and per periods) • is to be submitted at least with the last project report • the costs for this Certificate must be stated in the following period (as the costs occur in this period)
Management • Money requested for P1: 2.24 Mio Euro (planned 3.02 Mio) • Mid term review of KM3NeT • Minor intermediate report planned before the review: • update in project portal: milestones, deliverables, meetings • no description of work
