Lines of language competence building • First line of language competence building: (long term preparation ) • Recruitment precondition • Promotion and occupational condition • Periodically language publications and in-unite training • Second line of language competence building : ( mid term training ) • General and basic Language courses whenever its possible ( at least 6 months of period ) • Exchange programs with the foreign language speaking country • Third line of language competence building : ( short term training ) • Flash refreshment courses • Pre-deployment language courses • English for specific purpose courses
