Hydmech Bundled Solution Overview The Hydmech Bundled Leasing Solution was established to assist in closing more business for you, the dealer. • Purpose is to combine 1 year of consumables, (ex: blades, coolant, etc) and other costs (ex: freight and rigging) with the purchase of a Hydmech saw to offer a “Hydmech Bundled Solution” solution for the end user • Offer a fixed competitive monthly payment based on total value of the “Hydmech Bundled Solution” • Differentiate you from your competitors – • Only Hydmech dealers can offer the “Hydmech Bundled Solution” • “HydmechBundled Solution” makes the sale simple & convenient to the end user • No hidden costs

  5. “Hydmech Bundled Solution” Monthly Lease Payment Hydmech H-18A • Hydmech H-18A @ $65,000 + Tax • Include 40 blades @ $89.50ea ($3,580) • Include 5 Gallons Coolant @ $90ea ($450) • Include freight @ $2,500 • Include powered conveyors @ $16,200 • Hydmech Bundled Solution: $87,730 + Tax • Lease for $1,763.00 + Tax / month (60 month lease-to-own) • Lease Payment Calculator will be provided

Turnaround Expectations & Procedure • Transactions under $50k • Credit decision within 1 business day • Transactions over $50k • Credit decision within 2 business days • Once credit approved, • Lease documents sent to the dealer/end user within 1 business day • Payment sent to dealer within 48 hours of receipt of • Executed lease documents • End User’s void cheque
