Sonja Lenore Haaby Is a Former HR Specialist/Office Manager/Senior Accountant at Capstone CPA’s, LLC Owner of Haaby & Associates, LLC, Sonja Lenore Haaby is a graduate of Linfield College holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. Prior to setting up her own firm in 2018, Sonja worked with many top companies contributing to their growth and development through her excellent work. Sonja Lenore Haaby is a former HR Specialist/Office Manager/Senior Accountant at Capstone CPA’s, LLC (June 1016- November 2018). As a senior accountant, she was responsible for accurately and timely completing personal, business, as well as estate returns; and for communicating with clients and bookkeepers to successfully complete clients’ returns. Sonja Lenore Haaby also served as a Specialist/Office Manager at Capstone CPA’s, LLC. She was in charge of interviewing, hiring and training new employees; and was responsible for completing performance evaluations, and developing action plans. She made sure that employee manual was always up to date and the firm was in compliant to applicable and state and federal laws. Prior to working with Capstone CPA’s, LLC, Sonja has already gained extensive work experience by working with top companies, including Alliance Professionals, LLP, Watson Development, Excellence in Taxes, Kerkoch Katter & Nelson LLP, and All Seasons Tax. She had also worked as a branch manager with U. S. Bank for six years.
