  4. Pleaseremember • To Upload the followingdocuments in International Office’s online system: • The acceptance letter from the foreignUniversity • Advancecredit transfer from yourstudyboard • Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for studies http://exchangeapplications.aau.dk

  5. Erasmus + Online Linguistic Support • The Online Linguistic Support (OLS) has been designed to assist Erasmus+ participants in improving their knowledge of the language in which they will work or study • The OLS offers online language assessments (mandatory) and language courses to participants in Erasmus+ mobility activities of at least three months (studies/traineeships) • In one of the following languages as the main language of instruction or work: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutchetc. • The results of your language assessment do not prevent you from taking part in the Erasmus+ mobility. For Higher Education students, the results are not communicated to the receiving institution/organisation.

Erasmus+ OLS • Two mandatory assessments: • one prior to your departure • one upon your return • You will receive a link to the assessment to your AAU student email about 1 month prior to departure • The assessment takes approx. 30 to 40 minutes, and consists of questions regarding e.g. grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. • You will have 30 days to fulfill the assessment • The result is automatically sent to the Erasmus+ coordinator

Erasmus+ OLS • Results are ranged from level A1 (lowest score) to C2 (highest score) • If your result is B1 (or lower) you have the opportunity to follow an online language course during your stay abroad in order to improve your language competence, if you wish to. • For further information: http://erasmusplusols.eu/app/uploads/2015/10/PARTICIPANT_FAQ_EN.pdf

  8. Requirements for the Erasmus+ grant for studies • Whenyouapplied for a studyplace at one of our Erasmus+ partner universitesyouautomaticallyapplied for an Erasmus+ grant as well – providedthatyouappliedbefore the deadline for the fall semester: 1 March 2019 • You arealsorequired to upload the reqiureddocuments as soon as possible – preferablenolaterthan 1 June 2019 • Finallyyou must fulfill the first Erasmus+ OLS languageassessment

Disbursementof the Erasmus+ grant • I will send you the Erasmus+ Grant Agreement (to your AAU student email). • Pleaseread it carefully!!! • You must alsoread the guidelines for the grant agreement which I send to you. • Wheneverything is okay, please sign the document and upload it in the system and alsonotifyme by email (trn@adm.aau.dk). • The grant willbedisbursed to your Danish bank account (NEM account) (ifyou do not have a NEM accountpleaseread the instructions in the guidelines).

Insurances • Remember to bring alongyour European Health Card – Health insuranceis mandatory (the EU card is the minimum requirement for EU citizens) • Find out ifyouarecoveredproperly by yourcurrentinsurances (please ask yourinsurancecompany) • I do recommendyou to alsobecovered by an accident and liabilityinsurance

  11. Special Needs support • In theprogramme guide for Erasmus+ persons eligible for SNS is defined like this: ”….a person with special needs is a potential participant whose individual physical, mental or health-related situation is such that his/her participation in the project/mobility action would not be possible without extra financial support”. • To beeligible for thisextra grant certaindocumentation is needed (a doctor’s note).

  12. Grant for parents • Students goingabroad with theirchild/childrencanapply for extrafunding (200 Euros per month). • Contact trn@adm.aau.dk and wewillapplytogether.

  13. Upon yourreturn • Upload the followingdocuments in International Office’sonline system: • Learning Agreement ‘After the Mobility’ part • Transcript of records from the foreignuniversity http://exchangeapplications.aau.dk • Answer the evaluationsurvey from Erasmus+: ‘Participant Report’ and ‘Recognitionreport’(link willbe sent to your AAU email). • Fullfill the secondlanguageassessment
