Facts • There is about 640 skeletal muscles in your body • It actually takes more muscles to smile than to frown (12 to 110) • Muscles do not push, they can only pull • The eye muscles are the busiest muscles in the body moving about 10,000 times a day • Your butt muscles (Gluteus Maximus) are the largest muscles in your body • Muscles in the middle of the ear are the smallest • Chewing muscles are the strongest • The Starorious is the longest
