Building Facts • Customers want more and“need” more than ever. • What is their experience? Really? • Everything is interrelated. Dining, housing, auxiliary services, technology services—they all roll into the customer experience. • It’s not just about buildings, or price, or services…
It’s about VALUE • What types of things will be looked at? • The process will be broad in scope. • Everything from system size, services and service delivery, consumer trends and demand forecasts to technology infrastructure and organizational structure.
Expected Outcomes • The plan will lay out our priorities for the next twenty years. • We’ll have the commitments that we need to move forward as quickly as possible, and make things happen. • This will be a collective effort.
