  3. Tips • Make a big deal out of TRF awards • Plan your meeting ahead of time, coordinate with chairmen • Use “Happy Dollars” for members to announce an accomplishment, event, etc. • Promote speakers in advance • Recognize participants in recent events

  4. Tips • Raffle off one year’s worth of dues • Do Orientation before induction, so people will know what their commitment is
