  3. OSGCANBUSDEA • Monitored Element- Osage - Canyon 115 kV • Contingent Element – Bushland – Deaf Smith 230KV • Reason for Violating: Increase of wind in the south as we were coming up on evening peak load.

  4. OSGCANBUSDEA • Monitored Element- Osage - Canyon 115 kV • Contingent Element – Bushland – Deaf Smith 230KV • Reason for Violating: Outage in the area along with high wind in the south caused violations.
