  2. Bio • Date of Birth: April 26, 1980 • Birth place: Cullman, Alabama • He is 6’1 tall • Got a full athletic scholarship to a college in West Virginia. • Played, mainly football, but he also did track, baseball, soccer, and two forms of martial arts.

  3. Before Fame • Before Tatum was famous he worked as a construction worker, a stripper, a mortgage broker, and a salesman. • He also modeled • Appeared in many commercials which led the way to his career.

  4. After Fame • First appearance was in an episode of “CSI: Miami” in 2002 • By 2004 his film career started to take off. In 2005 his first movie “Coach Carter” came out. • 2006: “A Guide to Recognizing You’re Saints”, “She’s the Man”, and “Step Up” cam e out. • 2007: “ Stop-Loss” and “Battle in Seatle” • 2009: “Dear John”, “Parkour”, “Poor Things” • More recent films are: “Magic Mike” and “21 Jump Street”

  5. Life Away from TV • Channing and Jenna Tatum met on the movie “Step Up” and got married. • They now have a little girl named Everly.
