  2. Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness. James 3:18 Peace makers sowing in peace = a life that is lived in a peaceable, gentle, non confrontational way. Two sorts of wisdom • ‘Earthly wisdom’ – v15b. Natural human wisdom. The fruit: disorder, envy, evil practice • wisdom that comes from heaven – v15 & v17, Characteristics - Humility, v13; Purity, Peace-loving, Considerate, Submissive, Full of mercy, Full of good fruits, Impartial, Sincere, (all v17) The fruit of this wisdom? a harvest of righteousness, or spiritual fruit.
