  2. Synopsis • This book is about a teenage boy named Steven who plays the drums in an All-City Jazz Band. At school he has a crush on a girl who doesn’t even acknowledge him and at home he despises his little brother Jeffrey for constantly annoying him, but when an illness hits Jeffrey head on Steven faces tough choices.
