Communication MDE • For assistance with policy related questions or if needing assistance with urgent testing situations (escalating) QAI • Is the mediator between MDE and DLM on escalation situations or in cases where a user is not receiving appropriate support • Will also distribute important or key information regarding the DLM site

KITE Testing Site (Student Test Site) • If District A does not exit the student before District B enrolls the student, then testlets will not be generated. District/School A must exit the student in order for testlets to generate. • Once a student begins a testlet, they must complete it in one setting, otherwise the data will not be saved
