Downtown Vacaville PDA • Downtown PDA boundaries: Monte Vista Avenue to Interstate 80; and West Street to Depot Street • Significant existing Downtown PDA elements include: • Downtown Transit Plaza • Jobs and Services - Professional office, Retail, Industrial / Service, Restaurant • Single family and medium density housing • Pedestrian friendly facilities • Multitude of entertainment options
Downtown Vacaville PDA • Future vision of the Downtown PDA includes: • Mixed use (live~work) & affordable high density housing in the Opportunity Hill and Depot Street areas • Enhancement of existing pedestrian facilities with the extension of the Creekwalk trail from McClellen St. to east of Depot Street • Centralized downtown parking • Major utility infrastructure improvements to serve development of Opportunity Hill
