Opera house: Is a stunning performance building, which is known throughout the world for it beauty design. The harbour bridge: Was opened on the 19th of march 1932. it’s the worlds largest but longest steel arch bridge.   4. Ways to get around and into NSW Flying Sydney airport there is both international and domestic terminals. This is one way to fly into the state or around the state. Driving There are 7 high ways all going right around the state or through the state of NSW. One of these major high ways is the Hume high way which runs from Melbourne victoria to Sydney new south whales.   5. History of NSW 1970s Every first up. The first fleet of Europeans landed in new south wales at the Sydney harbour in 1770, with 11 ships turn on the 26th of January. (Australia day) although its believe the Aboriginal Australians have been here in new south wales and all over Australia for a least 40,000 years. The 1970s where huge for the capitals economic and social change. In this time the Sydney opera house was open, which inturn started a hole new filed for tourism. Also in 1978 the gay and lesbian Mardi Gra was first held, and event which has now become known world wide for its 2 week celebration of gay people.
