I will say that I was expecting to be blown away as I hold the design bar high for the Austin design community. They are know for their effortless blend of sophistication and comfortable Hill Country living.
Let me be the first to say that the tour at The Reserve on Lake Travis did not disappoint. All 7 homes excelled my expectations, and I was thrilled to see lots of fresh design details used in these modern and transitional hill country homes.
Below I am going to share some of my favorite spaces and design details from my top three homes from the tour.
Who wouldn’t want to work from home with an office like this
Loved this vintage sink in this pool bathroom. I can easily imagine myself soaking the weekend away in this sleek metal tub.
How cool are these acrylic door handles for these entry closets!
Lots of brass featured throughout added lots of interest and warmth.
This was one of the more rustic homes on the tour, but it has lots of details to keep it fresh and transitional like the herringbone backsplash tile.
The master bedroom featured a beautiful wall of stained wood planks.
