Hiedano no Yuusui A bit of sweetness in this mellow balanced Reishu (chilled sake). Great on hot summer days with any food pairing.Typically, sake is pasteurized twice during its production, once to stop it from maturing, and once prior to bottling.
This sake is a nama-chozo-shu, meaning it only was pasteurized once prior to bottling, allowing it a softer, more stable mellow taste for you to enjoy.
