Education at TRW • What we offer • Weekly Youth Theatre and Dance classes at the Theatre • Weekly Youth Theatre and Dance classes in Rural Areas of Winchester • (e.g. Swanmore/ Denmead) • Holiday workshops for all abilities in dance, drama, puppetry, music, mask making, set design, musical theatre and many more! • Activities for schools, colleges and community groups (drama/ dance/ technical) • Teacher training • Work experience • Children’s shows and annual pantomime (Including auditions for pantomime child cast) www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk

The Website Challenge 2009 • What we would like to achieve: • Design and content for the Education Department at TRW to work alongside the new website Interactive content with the potential for “hands on” elements Something lively and creative to promote youth arts! Has areas that appeal to all ages/ genders Increased awareness and understanding of education/ outreach offered by TRW An increase in bookings for the Holiday workshops we run www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk

Education Website Design Guidelines • TRW logo on each page • Attractive and appealing – compliments the existing website • Explains very clearly what the Education department offers • Information for parents and children/ young people • Gives the Education Department a “brand” to compliment the Theatre itself www.theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk
