  12. Successes with BRAC Sites • NOSL went from base closure listing to final transfer (2004) in less than 9 years – extremely fast in comparison to other base closure sites • LBAD put on BRAC list in 1988; final transfer by end of 2005

  13. Conclusions • Partnering requires buy in to team approach • Partnering requires effort of everyone • Partnering requires patience • Partnering requires new ways of thinking about established processes • PARTNERING DOES WORK
