ERCOT Update • ERCOT addressed issues related to recent extract problems after 7/30/07 (last DEWG meeting) • Environment continues to experience periodic issues with stabilization and has established a development team to focus on stabilization issues • ERCOT introduced Steve Cox as Manager of Enterprise Information Services • ERCOT to discuss system architecture at the next meeting
ERCOT Update- 727 Re-baseline • Jackie Ashbaugh led a discussion on 727-Re-baselineand requested feedback • Do MPs want all service history and usage data for ESIIDs owned • 18-months consecutive required for calculating profile • 12-months required for Data Aggregation • Are there any concerns with the amount of data?
ERCOT Update- 727 Re-baseline • 1 market participant expressed they would not request a re-baseline • 1 company stated 18-24 months would be adequate, but issues with more than 6-years due to the amount of data • 5 companies expressed that 18 months is sufficient • 1 company stated that they require 2003-present • 1 company prefers 24-months to match minimum historical data kept in their systems • 1 company stated they would require from July 2001 to present
ERCOT Update- 727 Re-baseline • ERCOT requests COPS direction for next steps for the re-baseline • ERCOT would like to ask COPS for a possible email vote
Reliant Extract Proposal • Kyle Patrick presented a proposal to include the profile code on the TDSP ESI ID extract • Has not received feedback from PUCT on potential concerns • Benefits include understanding customer types on the front end, and assist in marketing and creating customer proposals • Kyle also requested consideration for information on load counts and volumes by profile, ERCOT indicated that data is available daily as public from ercot.com
Data Extract SLA • Remainder of the meeting, DEWG began work on the Data Extract SLA • Members ranked the extracts and reports on the Data Extracts and Report Matrix assigning criticality from 1 (most critical) to 3 (less critical) • 27 of the 54 report/extracts were given a priority level of 1
Data Extract SLA • DEWG discussed expectations for the SLA • Timeliness- setting guidelines that provide timely delivery of extracts and reports • Completeness- setting guidelines that ensure all data expected is received • Accuracy- setting guidelines that will ensure all data elements are accurate • Availability- expectations on systematic access to extracts and reports (API, Report Explorer)
