  2. Conversion of DEWG/SDAWG- SEWG Adopted the Joint Goals as previously submitted by SDAWG and DEWG • Nodal COMS Review • Nodal Readiness communicationand tracking for commercial issues • EDS Settlement Testing for Nodal • Submitting NPRR's and PRR’s as neededfocus on Data Extract, Report Timeliness and other Settlement issues. • Tracking and reporting on Data Extract and Report Issues in Current Market • Studying impacts of Hurricane Ike and UFE on Settlements

  3. Extract Issues • ERCOT reported on the Extract and Report issues from the mid January to February • http://www.ercot.com/services/sla/ • Report andExtract issues continue to be on the decline, 3 incidents during the period • 2 incidents were TML outages lasting no more than 30 min and a late posting of extracts by 5-minutes

  4. Nodal COMs • ERCOT staff provided updates to the COMs spreadsheet • Large posting of data has been made since meeting and will be discussed at next SEWG meeting: • DDL comments • Join Documents • User Guides • ERCOT will seek input from stakeholders on these items, this will cover the majority of our next meeting.

  5. Ad Hoc Invoicing Process • SEWG discussed issues around the Ad Hoc Invoices process • Primary reason for Ad Hoc invoices are market short pays, ADR resolutions or litigation decisions • Recent example of concerns about the lack of documented process: • Consistency in communication of Invoices • Delivery to QSE contact of Invoice • SWEG will work with ERCOT staff to determine a more formal process for Ad Hoc invoices

  6. UFE Update • ERCOT staff provided brief update on UFE during Hurricane Ike period • ERCOT will be providing its 2008 UFE report and may have additional findings • TDSP estimation processes may have contributed to the swing over months of UFE • Systems and resources are limited for going back and doing a thorough analysis of the UFE trends

  7. Nodal Load Aggregation • ERCOT staff proposed a question to consider addition to LSEGUNADJ cut of load data • Determinant could be used to identify actual, estimate or historical read status • Presented to SEWG members for consideration, more discussions will follow this year
