Areas of Refinement in the Model • Quality Monitoring and Management • Now a part of Cisco and will be handled by Cisco Quality Managers (Internal Cisco role). • Academy Support Center • A new support entity created to ensure that Academies receive the right level of communications and support on baseline services. • Community-Led Activities • Collaborative in person and online activities that the NetAcad community leads instead of Cisco. Academy Support CenterQualification requirements and minimum standards Any institution can qualify to be an ASC if they meet the following requirements: • ASCs must share their financial model with Cisco as part of the qualification process (fee or for free) • ASC Advisors must attend regularly scheduled Cisco Support Advisor Webinars • Demonstrate an ability to offer required baseline services • One active ASC contact to engage with Cisco on administrative and contractual requirements • Minimum two Academy Advisors to support Academies (primary and secondary, may not require full-time staffing) • Must accept online membership agreement • Yearly renewal qualification based on meeting above and below mentioned standards (Draft): • Maintain at least x customer satisfaction rating Cisco Internal Only
