  5. Methodology • Origin of idea: • Ways to minimize congestion in everyday life • A contactless smart card • Uniqueness • Cash/credit cards not needed • Exit terminal sensors

  6. Target Audience • Primary user • Females • Age range: 30-50 years old • Working and married • Values time • Secondary user • University/College students • Values efficiency
