The digital divide recognises the some of the less fortunate people in the world are not able to take advantage of technology Many people still have dialup in rural area’s. Kevin Rudd is trying to increase broadband around Australia

  4. Having access to ICT In recent years, just as ICT's have become more widely accessible, the digital divide has received greater media attention; in contrast, policy makers and academics have long been considering the reality of the digital divide and its true impact.
