  3. Scanning • Scan ALL of your supporting info onto your computer

  4. Scanning • Open your scanned docs folder and rename your file in this format SURNAME.contract#.Financier

  5. Scanning • Right Click on your file and select Cut (or copy if you wish to retain electronic copy for your records )

  6. Scanning • Open your Dropbox Folder

  7. Scanning • Right click on a blank space in the folder and select Paste

  8. Scanning • Your file has now been saved onto BMA’s server.
