VCWG met on July 27, 2011 • Standard O & M VC Costs are set to Sunset on December 31, 2011 • Approximately 86 Units on Standard O & M • Approximately 119 units on Actual Verifiable Costs • Approximately 417 units on Generic costs. VCWG Summary
VCWG had no one in attendance that supported sunset of the Standard O & M costs. • Consumers, Generation and Muni segments were represented. • VCWG options for Standard O & M • Attendees supported concept of NPRR 396 – Reduce Standard O & M but no consensus on the percentage values represented in the NPRR. • Reduces Standard O & M Costs by 10% from January 1, 2012 thru December 31, 2012 • Reduced Standard O & M Costs by 20% from January 1, 2013 thru December 31, 2013 • Have ERCOT do sample study by Technology on actual O & M that has been submitted. • ERCOT has expressed concerns that this will disclose costs of Generators that have Actual Verifiable costs submitted VCWG Summary
