PearsonAccess Administrative Management • Account information • CSC is approved to unlock customer accounts as calls/emails are received. • CSC can reset passwords upon request. • PearsonAccess - Live Site • PearsonAccess - Training Center • CSC is allowed to inform customers what their username is. • Per FDOE policy, CSC agents are not allowed to extend the expiration dates on customer accounts. Expiration date extension requests should be forwarded to the PT for follow-up. • District and School Coordinators will create accounts as needed for district/school staff and test administrators. • Districts should contact FDOE when requesting new PearsonAccess accounts due to verification policy.   8. Additional Orders • Additional orders can be submitted under Test Setup > Order Additional Materials and Tracking within PearsonAccess. • District staff can submit additional orders. • Additional orders will arrive in districts within a week of submission. Call Center Overview

  9. Test Session Set Up • Florida uses TestNav 6.9 for online testing. • Proctor Caching can be performed two weeks before testing begins. • Proctor Caching is required for Florida schools. Call Center Overview

Additional Information • Student ID Changes - K35249014 • TAM Corrections: • There is an incorrect sentence in the Reading Retake script indicating they have 70 minutes to take session 2.  Students have up to half the length of a typical school day to complete each session of Reading Retake. This will be corrected in the digital version of the TAM on PA. (KB will be created as well) • K2 will be the carrier picking up spring materials instead of Logistics International.  This is a change from when the TAM was created and districts will be notified by FDOE. (KB will be created as well) • Session Rosters now available in Excel format • First online administration for Elementary schools (Grade 5 Mathematics)
